Diamond Club members receive access to selected preorder launches and product drops 48 hours before the general public.

This gives you the opportunity to shop before stock becomes widely available and secure the products you want before everyone else.

Earn Diamond Club Points on eligible purchases and redeem them for rewards.

Points can be exchanged for discount codes to use on future orders, with additional rewards and member benefits planned for the future.

You can manage or cancel your membership at any time through your customer account.

What Happens If I Cancel?

If you cancel your membership, no further payments will be taken.

Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will return to the standard membership tier and any future Troves will follow the standard eligibility and hold rules available at that time.

Any Troves that were already opened will continue under the terms that applied when they were created.
