Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns on items for up to 30 days after you have received them. We will arrange for a full refund to be issued covering the cost of the goods, under the conditions that the products are unopened, unused and within good condition. Please note that when returning items to us you must pack your items in the appropriate packaging and, if possible, include the original invoice. If this is not possible please include a note including your address, including post code and full name.

Faulty/ Damaged items
If you experience any issues with any of products arriving faulty or damaged we will need to be contacted in order to begin the returns process. We may ask for images of the items in question in order to verify the damages and or faults. Once we have deemed the item/s as damaged and or faulty we will either offer you a replacement item or a refund. Please note we may need you to return the items to us. In order to report a damage or fault with a received item please contact us via the platform you placed the order through or at via the contact details provided below

The Returns address is the same as the one provided above, you will will be liable for the cost of shipping the goods back to use whether they are faulty or not. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause however there is no freepost returns address available for international customers.
